Should Island Way Charters cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given within 48 hours of cancellation.

Our Client Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Refunds will be given as follows:

​

100% Refund - A full refund will be given for cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled charter date.

​

50% Refund - A fifty percent refund will be given for cancellations made 4-6 days prior to the scheduled charter date.

​

No Refund - There will be no refunds given for cancellations made less than 4 days prior to scheduled charter date.  

​

Refunds will be issued, within 48 hours of cancellation, to the original form of payment.
